Returns & Exchanges

At Jacaranda Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unused and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our return center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
